The shop is on the corner of a number of roads which lead both from the main A30 dual-carriageway through the West Country and into the historic and interesting town centre.
By road we are 45 minutes from the M5 at Exeter and 1 hour from the west Cornwall towns of Falmouth or Penzance.
Bristol is under 2 hours' drive by motorway or dual carriageway.
The A30 is a 1 minutes drive away.
