All JustFab VIP members are automatically enrolled in the JustFab VIP Loyalty Programme. By participating in the Loyalty Programme you are deemed to accept these Terms and Conditions.

Loyalty Points may be earned by purchasing items and writing reviews for purchased items. Points earned by purchasing an item will be applied to your account once the item ships.

Points earned by writing a review will be applied once your review is submitted.

Once you’ve accumulated 2,500 loyalty points, you may redeem your loyalty points for rewards.

Loyalty points may be redeemed with any purchase following a tier system.

• Tier 1: reward redemption begins at 2,500 loyalty points;
• Tier 2: redemption begins at 4,500 loyalty points;
• Tier 3: redemption begins at 6,000 loyalty points.

You’ll receive 25 loyalty points for every pound you spend. Some exceptions may apply; not all items qualify for loyalty Points. Loyalty points are rounded up to the nearest pound (e.g. £35 = 1,000 points). You’ll also receive 20 loyalty points for every review you submit.

If you return an item for a refund, the loyalty points earned for that purchase will be deducted from your account. We reserve the right to deduct loyalty points earned for reviews that don’t meet our review guidelines. Reward items aren’t eligible for refund or exchange, except exchange of faulty items or items damaged in transit.

The VIP Loyalty Programme has three tiers – VIP, Elite VIP and Diamond Elite VIP – offering escalating benefits. If you earn 5,000 or more loyalty points in any 12 month period starting on the date you become a VIP member, or the anniversary of that date, and ending on your next anniversary (a “membership year”), as soon as you reach 5,000 loyalty points you’ll be automatically upgraded to an Elite VIP member and entitled to the additional benefits associated with that tier. If you earn 10,000 or more loyalty points, you’ll become a Diamond Elite VIP member.

On each anniversary, your membership will be reviewed and membership tier and benefits entitlement adjusted according to the number of loyalty points you’ve earned in the preceding membership year. If you’re an Elite VIP member and you’ve earned fewer than 5,000 loyalty points in the preceding membership year, your membership will automatically switch to the VIP tier. If you’re a Diamond Elite VIP and you’ve earned fewer than 10,000 loyalty points but more than 5,000 loyalty points, you’ll switch to the Elite VIP tier, and fewer than 5,000 loyalty points, to the VIP tier.

Points expire 12 months after they’re applied to your account, upon cancellation of your VIP membership or JustFab account, or termination of the JustFab VIP Loyalty Programme.

Additional Information

There is no membership fee associated with the JustFab VIP Loyalty Programme. The points accumulated under the Programme have no cash value. Loyalty points are non-transferrable.

If fraudulent activity is suspected, we reserve the right to revoke your enrolment in the Programme. We reserve the right to cancel your VIP membership or JustFab account at any time, for any reason.

We reserve the right to modify or terminate the Programme and/or these Terms & Conditions at any time at our discretion and without obligation, so please review these Terms & Conditions frequently.
